Cancellation Policy

Updated 11-08-2023 BOOKING POLICY In-Home Personal Chef Services In-Home Meal Prep and Package Services are available Monday to Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., with the last appointment at 2 p.m. On occasion, we may be able to accept last-minute scheduling changes. Services are not available on national holidays. Chef Prep and Serve: Available daily. Don't hesitate to contact us to check holiday availability and special pricing. Additional Fees An additional fee(s) may be applied to your services for clients requesting extra servings, different meals, add-on services, special requests, unprepped kitchens (i.e., the sink full of dirty dishes, garbage full, dishwasher full, etc.), special container orders, ordering of kitchen utensils, special dietary needs, clients following restrictive diets, coordination with clients health care provider, nutritionist or dietitian, and clients with food analysis/food sensitivity diet.
