We offer a variety of menus that are built to offer different, traditional holiday items; we can create an amazing buffet, plan an elegant plated dinner, or create stations for a standing reception. This menu includes Salad Choices – Choose one Classic Caesar Salad With chopped romaine lettuce, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and croutons, tossed with our classic Caesar dressing Mixed greens topped with cranberries, almonds, and diced pears, served with bleu cheese dressing, balsamic vinaigrette, raspberry vinaigrette, and croutons. Entrée Options – Choose One Sage roasted turkey tenderloin w/pink peppercorn gravy Cooked Sliced Beef In our special demi brown bourbon mushroom sauce Pork Tenderloin Presliced or carved to order with a choice of peppercorn, teriyaki or herbed style Pan Seared Lemon Chicken Breast Served with fresh lemon caper cream sauce Executive Sides – Choose Two Roasted herbed potatoes Glazed petite carrots Bacon balsamic brussels sprouts Rice pilaf served with pineapple, cranberry, and pistachios. Macaroni and Cheese Gourmet style with fresh melted assorted cheeses Desserts Optional for $ 5.25 per slice Red Velvet Cake Cherry, Peach, or Berry Cobbler Chocolate Cake
- Food costs may vary due to Covid and economic factors. - A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure the event date. - We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, cash, and ACH transfers. - Final menu, contract adjustments, guest count, and payment are due three weeks before the event (ten days for private events). - Final guest count and additional payment are due one week before the event. Changes can be made up to 2 days before the event with approval and full payment. - Delivery fees apply based on the event location. - Minimum guest requirements apply to certain food items and Wedding Packages. - An 18% service fee (22% for holidays) is added to all orders to cover operational costs. - Clients can take home leftover uncooked food but must provide containers. - We are not responsible for damages to client-provided surfaces or items from other vendors. - Clients are responsible for their attendees and any damages caused.
