This consultation it’s for people who are seeking a personalize meal prep plan long term. We can meet via zoom or one to one where we will discuss and take an in-depth look and what you need and want, any dietary requirements, foods liked and disliked. You will fill out a detailed questionnaire so I get a bigger overview of your preferences and get to know you better food wise.
